Eligibility Criteria:

• Eligible Arab Countries: All Arab nationalities (UAE, Bahrain, Djibouti, Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen).
• Must be a citizen of an IsDB member country or a Muslim community in a non-member country.
• If from a non-IsDB country, the applicant must be Muslim.
• Must have a high school diploma or be enrolled in a top public university in their home country.
• A minimum 70% GPA is required for high school or bachelor's degree applicants.
• Certified English or French translations of documents must be provided if the originals are in another language.
• Master's applicants must have a relevant degree from the specified programs.
• PhD applicants must have a relevant Master’s degree and two years of research experience.
• Must not be receiving any other scholarships at the time of application or during studies.
• Must be medically fit and willing to undergo a medical check-up after selection.

PhD Applicants:

• Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Achieve a minimum GPA of "Very Good".
• Preferably have research or professional experience.
• Submit a research proposal relevant to the program with scientific and developmental significance for their country.
• Must be medically fit and prepared for a medical examination upon selection.

Post-Doctoral Research Applicants:

• Hold a PhD degree in a relevant field.
• Achieve a minimum GPA of "Very Good".
• Have published research papers in the same field.
• Submit a research proposal demonstrating scientific and developmental significance for their country.
• Must be medically fit and prepared for a medical examination upon selection.

• Medical fitness certificate from a doctor or hospital.
• Three reference letters.
• Certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts.
