• English proficiency certificate (TOEFL or IELTS) for non-English speaking bachelor’s and master's graduates
• Motivational letter
• Research proposal
• Recommendation letter from the Indonesian Embassy in the applicant's country of residence
• Recommendation letter from a supervisor (for PhD applicants by research)
• Updated CV
• Recommendation letter from the home university and UNAIR academic (optional)
• Indonesian proficiency certificate at least at A1 level

📄 Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for master's applicants
• Master's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for PhD applicants
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in Indonesian at least at A1 level
• Be in good health, proven by a medical certificate
• Commitment to complying with all aspects of the program once selected
• Physically and emotionally capable of completing the program
• Not currently enrolled in other Indonesian universities (as mentioned in the declaration letter)
• Not receiving any other scholarships in Indonesia from universities/institutions/government (as mentioned in the declaration letter)
• Foreign nationals must have a permit/approval letter from the Indonesian government if accepted as prospective students at UNAIR
• Must have a research topic or will be guided to access UNAIR's research platform for topics and a list of UNAIR academics who can act as promoters
• Suitable health condition to ensure smooth learning in the selected study program, as determined by UNAIR's health team
