✅ Eligibility Criteria:

For Bachelor’s Degree Applicants:

• Must be of foreign or Arab (non-Iraqi) nationality.

• The applicant or their parents must not hold Iraqi nationality.

• Must hold a high school diploma from a non-Iraqi educational institution.

• Should not have received a previous scholarship or study seat in Iraq.

• For Medicine: Minimum average of 85%.

• For Pharmacy or Dentistry: Minimum average of 75%.

• For Engineering: Minimum average of 65%.

• For Humanities: Minimum average of 60%.

• Age must not exceed 25 years for medical fields and 30 years for other fields.

For Master’s Degree Applicants:

• Must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (with a minimum cumulative grade of 65% or equivalent).

• Maximum age: 45 years.

For Ph.D. Degree Applicants:

• Must have a Master’s degree (following a 4-year Bachelor’s) in a related field (minimum cumulative grade of 75% or equivalent).

• Maximum age: 50 years.
